How do I receive notifications on PayPal/Payflow's system status and network issues?

To be notified of known issues with our products:

1. Go to the PayPal Status page.
2. Choose the environment: Production or Sandbox (i.e. Live or Test).
3. Click the blue Subscribe button in the top right of the screen.
4. Choose the method of notification you prefer: email, RSS or atom.
