How do I receive notifications on PayPal/Payflow's system status and network issues?

The PayPal Status portal provides information on overall system status and recent network issues.

To get email notifications whenever PayPal creates or updates an event:    

1. Go to PayPal Status Page. 
2. Click Subscribe and select email.
3. Enter your email address and click Subscribe.   
4. Click Save.
