Why did I get result code 28?

Result code 28 can return for the following reasons:

• A user with limited transactions privileges tried to issue a credit or refund with an API call
• A user tried to execute an UPDATEACTION on a result code 126 transaction through an API and doesn't currently have proper permissions enabled
• A Payflow Link or PayPal Payments Advanced merchant attempted a Sale or Authorization transaction via API

Contact the account administrator and ask them to make appropriate changes for the user privileges.

A user tried to execute an UPDATEACTION on a result code 126 transaction through an API and doesn't currently have proper permissions enabled
Contact the account administrator and ask them to make appropriate changes for the user privileges.

A Payflow Link or PayPal Payments Advanced merchant attempted a Sale or Authorization transaction via API
